Many people with Alzheimer’s disease suffer from psychotic episodes or agitation and aggression. Meridien Research is conducting a study of an investigational medication designed to aid with these symptoms. To qualify, individuals must:

  • Be 50+ years of age
  • Have Alzheimer’s disease
  • Be experiencing psychotic episodes (visual and/or auditory hallucinations, and/or delusions) or aggression or agitation
  • Have a study partner knows the individual well

Eligible participants will receive study-related care, monitoring and study drug or placebo. Reimbursement for travel will be available to participants and their caregivers who qualify.
