Andrew J. Cutler, MD, Chief Medical Officer is board certified in both Psychiatry and Internal Medicine and has been conducting clinical research since 1993 at the University of Virginia, the University of Chicago and since 1996 in Central Florida. Dr. Cutler also speaks to professional and community audiences about the evaluation and treatment of mental illnesses such as ADHD, Bipolar Disorder (Manic-Depression), Major Depression, Anxiety Disorders and Schizophrenia.
Stacey Colado, Chief Operating Officer has 12+ years of experience in the clinical research industry and served last as President/CEO of Talem Clinical Consulting where she provided consulting services for large clinical research sites in the areas of site management, quality assurance, staff development and project management. Stacey is well versed in managing large multi-disciplinary clinical operations teams with extensive experience and knowledge in the areas of clinical operations and quality assurance. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Radford University and her Clinical Research Coordinator professional certification from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
Roy Rafalco, Chief Financial Officer previously served as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for VFO Holdings B.V., the largest worldwide manufacturer of assistive technology products for the vision impaired markets. Mr. Rafalco also served as CFO and Treasurer at Advanced Electronic Support Products, Inc. (AESP), a publicly traded company with worldwide operations. Before joining AESP, Mr. Rafalco served as Vice President of Finance and was eventually elevated to Chief Executive Officer for TopSpeed Corporation, an award-winning publisher of Windows and web-development software. Mr. Rafalco is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Indiana and was admitted to the Indiana Bar. He holds a B.S. and J.D. from Indiana University.
