Meridien Research, 8043 Cooper Creek Boulevard #107, is currently seeking volunteers for a new Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) research study. Study volunteers must:
– be 18 to 65 years of age
– have been diagnosed with or suspect they have PTSD
“One of the things I like about this study is that they are looking for a ‘realistic’ PTSD subject,” explained Conrad Beckles, PhD and Investigator at Meridien Research. “That means people with PTSD who drink alcohol or smoke marijuana to self-medicate are not excluded from participating. The study sponsor wants to see how the subject responds to treatment in a real-world scenario.”
Eligible participants will receive study-related care, monitoring and medication at no cost. Compensation for time and travel may be available. No medical insurance is necessary. All assessments are conducted at:
8043 Cooper Creek Boulevard #107
Bradenton, FL 34201
The study is led by Andrew Cutler, MD.
Those interested in participating or obtaining more information about the study should contact Meridien Research directly at 941-756-8680.
